no. the first four weeks are designed for exactly this. we set your baseline weights, dial in your form, and build the rhythm. you do not need to be fit to start, you just need to be ready to show up.
yes. running is part of the program but you are not training for a marathon. we start with walk-sprint sessions and short, easy runs, and build from there. you do not have to be a runner, or even like running yet. that is the point.
dumbbells, a barbell, a bench, a long band, a short band, a jump rope. a gym membership covers all of this. you do not need a home gym.
a free plan does not know you. it does not adjust when life happens. it does not have a coach who actually reads your check-ins. this is real coaching with a real plan that progresses based on what you tell me every week.
